"Children may forget what you say, but they will never forget how you make them feel."  This is a quote on the wall in Mr. Weber, our high school principal's office.  I personally feel it is the secret to the success of the Rosendale-Brandon School District, the home of the Spartans.  Many school districts can tell you how wonderful and successful they are by their hand picked criteria.  The Rosendale-Brandon School District can point to the fact that U. S. News & World Report, a national magazine, selected our high school, Laconia, to receive the Bronze Award as one of the top high schools in the United States of America.  This is not based on criteria that we selected, but rather was based on criteria that a national magazine selected to evaluate ALL public high schools in the United States.  We were the only high school in Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Winnebago counties to receive this award - we are honored.

The citizens making up the Rosendale-Brandon School District have been good enough and have seen education as important enough to pass three referendums to support the students.  But it is not just a financial support from the people - it is a heart and soul support by our citizens who are very proud, and rightly so, of the accomplishments of our students!

If you are seeking success for your child, if you want to be a part of a community that cares about education, and if you want to experience a positive attitude... if you want to be a Spartan - then come along with us!!!
