V. Tarnow/Barbeau motioned to approve the February 20, 2017 Board of Education Meeting Minutes.  Motion carried 7-0

VI. Cindy Taylor and 4th grade students shared their Noetic Math presentation.

VII. Administrative news updates were given.

VIII. Riedeman/CMulder motioned to approve vouchers 98388-98514, ACH Payments 93-95, and Wire Transfers 1723-1739.  Motion carried 7-0

IX. Jen Post presented Financial and Cash Summary reports.

X. CMulder/Barbeau motioned to approve the 2018 8th grade trip to Washington DC. Motion carried 7-0

XI. Riedeman/Tarnow motioned to approve the implementation of Skyward time clock software system for hourly employees.  Motion carried 7-0

XII. Tarnow/Basler motioned to approve donations a and b (Laconia Youth Basketball Club, Laconia Little League, Laconia Junior Football Club, Laconia Volleyball Club and Laconia Wrestling Club, and Damian Lonnee)

XIII. CMUlder/Barbeau motioned to approve Personnel items a-f (Broussard, Lasecki, Ludjack, Turner, Potter, Isaac).  Motion carried 7-0

XIV. Tarnow/DMulder motioned to approve the 2017-2018 Master Calendar as presented.  Motion carried 7-0

XV. 2017 Recognition Banquet was discussed.

XVI. DMulder/Riedeman motioned to partner with Fond du Lac Works Consortium and becoming a member of the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce. Motion carried 7-0

XVII. Progress on the Investment Grade Audit by Trane was discussed.

XVIII. Tarnow/Riedeman motioned to approve a 40% ELL (English Language Learner) service agreement with CESA 6.  Motion carried 7-0

XIX. CMulder/Barbeau motioned to adjourn open session and convene into closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel performance, review, and staffing, and wages Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c), and for the purpose of considering issuance of teacher preliminary notice of non-renewal, Wis. Stat.19.85(1)(c) and Wis. Stat. 118.22(1)(2)(3).  Motion carried by roll call vote, 7-0

XX. CMulder/Barbeau motioned to reconvene into open session.  Motion carried by roll call vote, 7-0

XXI. Riedeman/Basler motioned to approve an additional Groundskeeper position at $9/hr, 24 hours per week to be worked Thursday, Friday and one other day.  Motion carried 7-0

XXII. Tarnow/Barbeau motioned to adjourn.  Motion carried 7-0
